Stuart Pace is an experienced employment and contracts lawyer who has worked for national and regional law firms in the UK.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2009, Stuart has a strong interest in and understanding employment law and contracts. He specialises in both non-contentious and contentious employment law with good experience providing UK-wide employment law advice to small and medium-sized enterprises and owner-managed companies and start-ups.
Most of his employment law experience has been acting for and advising SME clients on all types of unfair and constructive dismissal cases and discrimination claims, defending claims and, where appropriate, negotiating the settlement.
Stuart advises SMEs and owner-managed companies on employment contracts, staff policies, and contracts for consultants and contractors in all industries, including IT, manufacturing and service industries.
