Martin Buckeldee
Experience
Martin Buckeldee has over 30 years’ experience as a commercial property lawyer dealing with all aspects of commercial property work. Martin has acted for a full range of clients from large commercial property owning PLCs to high net worth commercial property owning individuals. He has experience in dealing with development work, landlord and tenant work, sales and purchases of commercial property as well as the financing and refinancing of commercial property. He has also acted extensively in assisting his colleagues in dealing with the property aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Martin regards himself as being fortunate to have worked for regional firms as well as London based firms. For the last 10 years Martin has been based in the West End of London and the City of London which has enabled him to be at the cutting edge of the commercial property world.
In Martin's own words.....
"I regard myself as a practical and pragmatic lawyer. Too often in my dealings with commercial property I encounter issues which arise from a non-practical approach. Commercial property involves practicalities and the SMEs which I have dealt with tend to concentrate on those aspects and are looking to make commercial decisions. SMEs appreciate a “no fuss” down to earth approach and this is what I aim to provide.”
