In Kim's own words...
I qualified as a Solicitor 15 years ago, and throughout that time I have specialised in solving employment law problems. I have seen many situations that could have been avoided if the employer had been able to take advice at an early stage, and so I am dedicated to finding the best practical solution for my clients as quickly and commercially as possible.
Education
Kim qualified in January 2002, and specialised in employment law having caught 'the employment bug' from an employment option on the legal practice course, and continuing it in the LLM in Advanced Legal Practice focusing on restraint of trade.
Other Interests
Kim enjoys cooking (although her family would say she's not a master at it!), reading and cycling.
