This is the option agreement to be used together with the EMI Rules when you want to set up an EMI Share Option Scheme to incentivise your employees with equity in your company. This document sets out the number of shares in relation to which the option will be granted, the conditions the employee must fulfil to get the shares and what happens if the employment contract terminates.
